Prior to joining Diamond, Mr. Bell held top-level executive Human Resources positions for various companies in hospitality, finance and administration including Caesars Entertainment Inc., Teligent, American Express, Comsat and Sprint.

Human Resources Expertise:
Designed executive compensation programs for public and private corporations including stock, stock options, MIPs, LTIPs, and performance based metrics.

Designed self insured benefits programs for hospitality employee populations that increased service levels and decreased costs. Achieved $45 million in savings over five years by streamlining plan administration and negotiating new service provider agreements.

Designed employee training and retention programs including a University of Excellence that included over 100 training modules designed to provide both job related skills (eg. customer service training) and general life skills (eg. personal financial literacy).

Extensive international employment compensation and work rule expertise across the entire European Union, with significant involvement in pre and post Brexit employment issues impacting pan EU operations.

Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in both public and private organizations.

Mergers and Acquisitions Expertise:
Lead the merger integration and transition team of two major gaming organizations with 100,000 employees, including the design of the retention compensation and benefits program.

Lead the human resources integration of 8 corporate acquisitions into a hospitality operations platform, including establishing compensation and benefits programs across multiple USA and international locations.

Union and Work Council Expertise:
Lead multiple union contract negotiations
